Cancellation Policy
At Sol Script Healing, each session is a dedicated space for you to pause, reconnect and invest in your wellbeing.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and care and preparation go into creating a supportive experience.
I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, please familiarise yourself with the following cancellation and rescheduling policy before making a booking.
1. Individual Appointments
This policy applies to all 1:1 Energy Healing, Sound Healing, Coaching and Distant/Online Healing sessions.
48 hours or more notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. Any payment made will be refunded in full if you choose to cancel.
Less than 48 hours notice: Cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session price to account for the reserved appointment time.
Less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance: The full session fee may be charged, or any payment already made may be retained.
If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
2. Sol Script Alchemy – 8-Week Program
Sol Script Alchemy is a personalised eight-week journey requiring dedicated time, preparation and commitment from both practitioner and client.
Once your program has commenced, sessions are scheduled in accordance with your agreed program structure.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule an individual session.
Requests to cancel, pause or withdraw from the program will be considered individually, taking into account sessions already delivered, preparation undertaken and the terms outlined in your signed program agreement.
Any applicable refunds or cancellation fees will be assessed fairly, having regard to services provided, reasonable costs incurred and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Events, Workshops & Group Sound Baths
As spaces for events, workshops and group sound baths are limited, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable for change of mind or inability to attend, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you are unable to attend your booked event, please notify Sol Script Healing as soon as possible.
At the sole discretion of Sol Script Healing, you may be offered the opportunity to transfer your booking to the next available event without incurring an additional fee. Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Failure to attend an event without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your booking, except where otherwise required by law.
In the unlikely event that Sol Script Healing cancels an event, you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your booking to a rescheduled event.
4. Illness & Unexpected Circumstances
Your wellbeing is important.
If you are unwell or experiencing unexpected circumstances that prevent you from attending your appointment, please get in touch as soon as possible.
I understand that situations arise beyond our control, and requests for rescheduling or cancellation will be considered with compassion and discretion.
Any exceptions to the standard cancellation policy are at the discretion of Sol Script Healing, subject to applicable consumer rights.
5. Cancellations by Sol Script Healing
In the unlikely event that Sol Script Healing needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, program session or event, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund for services paid for but not provided.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a refund or other remedy is required by law, those rights will take precedence over the cancellation terms outlined in this policy.
