1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by Sol Script Healing, operated by Sol Script ABN 28 983 758 499 ("Sol Script Healing", "we", "us" or "our"), to you ("Client", "you" or "your").
1.2 By booking, purchasing or participating in any of our services, programs, workshops or events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
1.3 These Terms may be accepted by:
Booking an appointment through our website or booking platform.
Completing and submitting a client agreement, waiver or consent form.
Purchasing a program, session or event ticket.
Attending or participating in our services after being provided with these Terms.
1.4 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, and any additional agreements or consent forms relevant to your chosen service.
2. OUR SERVICES
2.1 Sol Script Healing provides holistic wellbeing, energy healing, sound healing, personal development and coaching services, including but not limited to:
1:1 Energy Healing sessions, both in person and online/distant.
1:1 Sound Healing sessions.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and personal development coaching.
Hypnosis and subconscious belief work.
Sol Script Alchemy, our structured coaching and healing program.
Group sound baths, healing ceremonies, workshops and events.
Collaborative healing and wellbeing experiences.
2.2 Our sessions may incorporate a combination of modalities and techniques, including:
Reiki, Seichim/Sekhem and Light Codes™ energy healing.
Sound healing using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums and other instruments.
NLP techniques and processes.
Hypnosis, guided visualisation and meditation.
Emotional release and subconscious belief work.
Intuitive guidance and energetic practices.
2.3 Each session is tailored to the individual. The modalities, techniques and tools used may vary depending on the nature of the service, your preferences, your disclosed circumstances and professional judgement.
2.4 Services may be delivered in person, online via video conferencing or remotely through distant energy healing.
2.5 Some sessions may involve light physical contact, such as placing hands on or near the body during energy healing. Your consent will be sought where appropriate, and you may decline or withdraw consent to physical contact at any time.
2.6 We reserve the right to modify or decline particular techniques where we consider them unsuitable or outside our professional scope.
3. IMPORTANT HEALTH AND WELLBEING DISCLAIMERS
3.1 Our services are intended to support relaxation, personal development, self-awareness, emotional wellbeing and holistic practices.
3.2 Sol Script Healing does not provide medical treatment, psychological therapy, psychiatric services or clinical mental health counselling.
3.3 We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions, diseases or psychological disorders, and our services are not intended to replace professional healthcare.
3.4 Energy healing, sound healing, NLP, hypnosis and other holistic modalities should be regarded as complementary wellbeing practices rather than substitutes for evidence-based medical or psychological treatment.
3.5 Any intuitive messages, spiritual insights, energetic interpretations or guidance provided during a session are offered for personal reflection and self-exploration. They should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses, factual predictions or professional medical, legal or financial advice.
3.6 You are encouraged to seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any physical or mental health concerns.
3.7 You agree not to discontinue, alter or replace prescribed medication, medical treatment or psychological care based on information received during our services without first consulting your treating healthcare professional.
3.8 Individual experiences and outcomes vary. We do not guarantee specific physical, emotional, financial, spiritual or personal development results.
3.9 You acknowledge that personal development and healing practices may involve reflection on challenging emotions, memories or experiences. You may request a pause, modification or discontinuation of any activity at any time.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND INFORMED CONSENT
4.1 Before participating in our services, you agree to provide accurate and relevant information regarding circumstances that may affect your safety or participation.
This may include:
Relevant medical conditions or injuries.
Mental health conditions or current psychological distress.
Pregnancy.
Sound sensitivities, hearing conditions or tinnitus.
Allergies or sensitivities to products used during sessions.
Any other relevant circumstances that may require adjustments to the session.
4.2 You agree to notify us of any significant changes to your health or circumstances that may affect your participation.
4.3 Where required, you will be asked to complete a client intake, waiver or consent form through Jotform before your appointment or program begins.
4.4 You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you may decline any particular technique, activity or physical contact.
4.5 You agree to:
Attend appointments on time.
Treat the practitioner and other participants respectfully.
Follow reasonable safety instructions.
Communicate discomfort or concerns during a session.
Refrain from attending while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs that may impair your ability to participate safely.
Take responsibility for your personal decisions and actions outside our sessions.
4.6 We reserve the right to refuse, pause or discontinue a session where there are reasonable concerns regarding safety, inappropriate behaviour, professional boundaries or suitability of services.
Any applicable refund or rescheduling entitlement will be determined in accordance with these Terms, our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
4.7 Clients must be 18 years or older unless prior arrangements have been made and written consent has been provided by a parent or legal guardian.
5. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
5.1 Appointments may be booked through our website, Calendly or by direct arrangement.
5.2 Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive appointment information, including the scheduled date, time, location or online meeting details.
5.3 Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking their booking confirmations.
5.4 Requests to cancel or reschedule individual appointments are subject to our separate Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
5.5 Late cancellations, missed appointments and no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees in accordance with that policy, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
5.6 If we are unable to provide a scheduled session due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative.
Where we cancel a session and cannot provide an agreed alternative, you will be entitled to a refund for the undelivered service, subject to applicable law.
6. PAYMENTS AND PRICING
6.1 All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). GST will be included where applicable unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Payments are currently accepted via direct bank transfer using the payment instructions provided by Sol Script Healing.
6.3 Payment must be received by the date specified in your booking confirmation, invoice or program agreement.
6.4 We reserve the right to withhold confirmation or commencement of services until any required payment has been received.
6.5 Prices may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect services already confirmed and paid for, unless otherwise agreed.
6.6 Refunds and cancellations are governed by these Terms, our Cancellation Policy, any applicable program agreement and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6.7 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
7. SOL SCRIPT ALCHEMY – COACHING PROGRAM
7.1 Sol Script Alchemy is a structured personal development and holistic wellbeing program combining coaching, NLP techniques, energy healing and other supportive practices.
7.2 The program is designed to support self-awareness, exploration of limiting beliefs, personal development and the integration of new perspectives and behaviours.
7.3 The program structure, duration, number of sessions, inclusions, investment and payment arrangements will be outlined before enrolment.
7.4 Participation may involve self-reflection, personal exercises, guided processes and activities between sessions.
7.5 You acknowledge that your engagement and participation may influence your individual experience. However, specific results or outcomes are not guaranteed.
7.6 Program fees, payment plans, cancellation provisions, rescheduling arrangements and any other program-specific requirements will be outlined in a separate Sol Script Alchemy Client Agreement.
7.7 Where a program-specific agreement differs from these general Terms, the program-specific agreement will take precedence for that program, provided it complies with applicable law.
7.8 Coaching services do not constitute psychological therapy, clinical counselling or medical treatment.
8. WORKSHOPS, GROUP SESSIONS AND EVENTS
8.1 Sol Script Healing offers group experiences, including sound baths, energy healing events, ceremonies, workshops and collaborative wellbeing experiences.
8.2 Event details, including dates, times, locations, inclusions and ticket prices, will be communicated through the relevant event listing or booking confirmation.
8.3 Event tickets are generally non-refundable for change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts or non-attendance.
8.4 At our discretion, we may permit a ticket to be transferred to a future event without additional payment. Such transfers are not guaranteed and depend on availability and the circumstances of the request.
8.5 If an event is cancelled by Sol Script Healing, attendees will be offered a refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled event.
8.6 Where an event is substantially changed or cannot be delivered as described, any available remedy will be determined in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8.7 Some events may include activities such as guided meditation, breath awareness, sound immersion, emotional reflection or energy healing. Participation in individual activities is voluntary.
8.8 Participants are responsible for communicating relevant health considerations and following reasonable safety instructions.
8.9 Where events are facilitated in collaboration with another practitioner, additional participation requirements or consent arrangements may apply.
9. ONLINE AND DISTANT SERVICES
9.1 Online coaching, hypnosis and healing sessions may be conducted through video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
9.2 You are responsible for ensuring that you have access to a suitable device, internet connection and private environment for online sessions.
9.3 Distant energy healing may be provided without physical attendance, in accordance with the agreed session arrangements.
9.4 While distant energy healing is offered as part of our holistic practice, we make no guarantee regarding specific outcomes or equivalence to in-person services.
9.5 We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device or external technology providers.
9.6 If technical difficulties prevent a session from proceeding, we will work with you to arrange a reasonable alternative.
10. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
10.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
10.2 Information collected may include:
Your name and contact details.
Booking and payment information.
Client intake and consent forms.
Relevant health and wellbeing information voluntarily disclosed.
Personal development goals and session information.
Practitioner notes relating to your sessions.
10.3 Client intake forms, waivers and agreements may be collected through Jotform.
10.4 We may maintain handwritten session notes in physical records, stored with reasonable security measures.
10.5 Personal information will only be used or disclosed for purposes described in our Privacy Policy, with your consent or where otherwise permitted or required by law.
10.6 We will take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
10.7 You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
10.8 Client records will be retained and securely disposed of in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 All original content, materials and resources provided by Sol Script Healing, including program workbooks, exercises, recordings, website content, written materials and branded resources, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
11.2 Materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
11.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, teach or commercially exploit our original materials without prior written permission.
11.4 You may use exercises and resources for your own personal development but may not represent our original materials as your own work.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDINGS AND TESTIMONIALS
12.1 Sessions will not be recorded by Sol Script Healing without your knowledge and appropriate consent.
12.2 We may occasionally request permission to take photographs or videos during workshops and events for promotional purposes.
12.3 Where identifiable photographs, recordings or testimonials are intended for marketing, we will obtain appropriate consent before publication.
12.4 You may decline consent to promotional photography or recordings.
12.5 Clients and event participants must respect the privacy of others and must not record or share identifiable information about other participants without their consent.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13.2 We will provide our services with due care and skill, in accordance with applicable consumer guarantees.
13.3 You acknowledge that experiences and outcomes from holistic wellbeing, energy healing, sound healing and coaching services vary between individuals.
13.4 We do not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements or results arising from participation in our services.
13.5 To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from decisions you independently make contrary to appropriate professional advice or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13.6 We do not seek to exclude liability for loss, injury or damage caused by our negligence, breach of contract or failure to comply with applicable legal obligations where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
13.7 Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights or remedies.
14. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
14.1 We may be unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Severe weather or natural disasters.
Illness, injury or medical emergencies.
Public health emergencies.
Venue closures or safety concerns.
Significant power, internet or technology disruptions.
Other unforeseen circumstances that prevent safe service delivery.
14.2 Where such circumstances arise, we will notify affected clients as soon as reasonably practicable.
14.3 We will endeavour to reschedule the affected service or event, or provide an appropriate refund where required under these Terms or applicable law.
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS
15.1 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.
The most recent version will be published on our website. Material changes affecting existing bookings or agreements will be communicated where appropriate and will not retrospectively alter agreed terms without a lawful basis.
15.2 Communications
Email is our primary method of communication. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided during booking is accurate and current.
15.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
15.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable booking confirmation, consent form, program agreement and incorporated policies, form the agreement between you and Sol Script Healing concerning the relevant services.
15.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth legislation.
15.6 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
